He is survived by: his spouse Erin Hughes Miley Tittle; his stepchildren, Audrey Miley and Vivien Miley; his father-in-law Sam Hughes of Morehead, KY; his aunt Kathy; his uncle Jason Swango of Lexington, KY; his mother Rita Joyce Tittle; and his aunts, Elaine Corlew and Nancy Morris of Dallas, TX.
