He is survived by: his wife Gloria Brown; his children, Sonya Isom (Jody), Abel Gonzales Jr., Sophia Vasquez (Robert), Jeannette Gonzales and Yvette Castillo (Miguel); his grandchildren, Andy Jesse Gonzales, Gabrielle, Robert Jr., Ryan Abel Vasquez, Katherine, Lauren and Michael Patrick Castillo; and his sister Rosemary Calzada (Emilio). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
