He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Thornton and Tommy Allen; his stepfather JT Thornton (Jana Allen); his siblings, Lyndon Dale Allen Jr. and Glenda Bailey; and his son-in-law Jamie Monterrubio.
He is survived by: his friend Billy; his wife Mandi Jo Allen; his stepson Maximillion McCullough; and his children, Billy Allen Jr. (Christine), Jennifer Monterrubio, Richard Allen and Tommy Allen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
