He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Van Druten, Janice Oliver (Brad) and Patricia Bramblett (Todd); his grandchildren, Amanda Frick (Troy), Ashley Goldade, Catherine Way, Shane Hazelton (Victoria), Whitney Anderson (Anthony), Ethan Hazelton (Megan) and Travis Bramblett (April); his great grandchildren, Landon Goldade (Olivia), Logan Goldade, Luke Goldade, Owen Anderson, Lexi Hazelton, Adilynn Bowers, Liam Goldade, Ezra Anderson, Colby Way, Sterling Hazelton, Hayley Frick, Abel Anderson and Audrey Frick; and his sister Sherry Morgan.
