He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Patterson and Lynette Patterson; his daughter Everleigh Patterson of Dallas; his sister Kelley Boultinghouse (Joshua) of Troup; and also Farzi Kai Sani of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
