He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Wendy Munroe Russell; his son-in-law Richard Russell; his grandchildren, Landen Craig Russell and Leighton Audrey Russell; his siblings-in-law, Rusty Mulinix (Kim) of Norman, OK, Larry Mulinix (Terri) of Weatherford, OK, Jan Mulinix of Litchfield Park, AZ and Kathy Young of Charleston, SC.; his sibling's children, Riley Mulinix, Royal Mulinix, Chad Hurst, Adam Hurst, Shelley Wright and Lindsey Ewert; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen Hurst, Jacob Ewert, Luke Ewert, Taylor Wright, Trent Wright, Annika Hurst, Ava Hurst and Allie Hurst.
