He was predeceased by : his mother Peggy "DeLeene" Briscoe Eubank; and his niece Coralyn. He is survived by : his adoptive father Randall "Randy"; his wife Brecia Provost Eubank of Dallas, Texas.; his father Randall "Randy" Eubank Sr.; his siblings, Randy Eubank (PJ), Rick Eubank (Margie), Elizabeth McClure (Danny), James Eubank, Vanessa Armstrong, Kitrina Cervantes (Paul) and Dennis Eubank (Kaytie); his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Luke, Grace, Ricky, Jonathan, Seth, Alex, Luna, Bryce and Arlo; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Sandra Provost; and his brothers-in-law, Blake Provost (Lindsay) and Brad Provost (Alyssa).
