He is survived by: his husband James Richard Ovens of Dallas, TX; his mother Ruth Cutler of Barnstable, MA; his sister Carole Cutler Rubin; his brother-in-law David Rubin of Arlington, MA; and his sibling's children, Lilia Rubin of Brooklyn, NY and Jacob Rubin of Waltham, MA.
