He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hosek and Annie Hosek; and his siblings, Charlie, Lee, Melvin Hosek, Lilly Magel, Bessie Green and Adella Krebs.
He is survived by : his wife Frances Chudej; his children, Gerry (LeAnn), Nancy, Carl (Peggy), Glenn, Kenneth (Carol) and Rose Labus (Gordon); his grandchildren, Jonathan Hosek (Elizabeth), Justin Hosek (Kristina), Jerilee Laughlin (Gary), Harmony Doege Matthew Hosek (Terry), Haley Labus, Kaitlin Labus, Jared Labus and Erynn Hosek; his great grandchildren, Kylie Hosek, Trentyn Hosek, Kaleb Hosek, Kamryn Hosek, Teagyn Hosek, Tildyn Hosek, Tinley Hosek, Taylin Hosek, Troit Hosek, Terik Hosek, Drake Laughlin, Morgan Doege and Renee Doege; his siblings, Bill Hosek (Susie), Eugene Hosek and Mary Rose Pell; and his grandsons, Jordan, Matthew and Jerrek Hosek.
