He is survived by: his wife Martina Torres Mancilla; his children, Ricardo Ruiz Torres, Jose Angel Ruiz Torres, Rodrigo Ruiz Torres, Arturo Ruiz Torres, Rocio Ruiz Torres and Maria Ruiz Torres; and his siblings, Socorro Ruiz Segura, Luiz Ruiz Segura, Juana Ruiz Segura, Felipa Ruiz Segura, Martha Ruiz Segura, Alicia Ruiz Segura and Concepcion Ruiz Segura.
