He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bob Gilliam of Kingwood, TX and Tommy Barton of Kingwood, TX.. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Heatly and Rhonda Heatly of Dallas, TX; his sister Kyra Heatly (Niels Appeldorn) of Austin, TX; and his grandparents, Gene, Judy Heatly of Vernon, TX, Ann Gilliam and Jeanie Barton. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.
