Ethel Ann Ramsey Cicero Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2025, at the age of 78, Ethel Ann Ramsey Cicero of Dallas, Texas, born in De Queen, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Ethel Ann had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Ethel Ann may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughes Ramsey and Mildred Ramsey (Huckabee); her husband Jim Cicero; and her brother Frank Ramsey. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Tom Ramsey (Tracy) of Valley View and Missy Ramsey Tillotson of Aubrey. She is also survived by several great nephews and great-grandnephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Redmen Cemetery.
