It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Mickens Barb of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Gloria Fae Mickens; and her son Antawn D. Barb II. She is survived by: her father Walter C. Mickens, Sr.; her siblings, Walter Mickens, Jr. and Patricia Babbs (Pat); her husband Dewayne; her son Eian "Pud"; and her siblings, Darryl Mickens (Marie Ann), Roland Mickens (Anna), Cedric Mickens (Cynthia) and Arlisha Mickens. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
