He was predeceased by: his father William Thomas Burns; and his brother William Steel Burns. He is survived by: his wife Debra Williamson Burns; his mother Anne Richards Burns; his brother George Burns; his son Devin; his daughter-in-law Becky Burns; his sons, Brendan Burns, Sean Burns and William; his daughter-in-law Jamie Burns; and his son Quentin Burns.

In gratitude to our loving and supportive church family, a donation to Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church can be made in lieu of flowers.
