He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Erback. He is survived by: his father Gerald J. Erback Sr.; his siblings, Charisse Boisbrun (Glenn), Eric Erback (Jennifer) and Mark Erback; and his siblings' children, Grant, Griffin Boisbrun, Grace, Genevieve Boisbrun and Mikayla Erback.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
