She was predeceased by : her parents, Naylor Bryant and Harriet Marie Hettich (Myers); and her daughters, Tammy Cozby and Kathryn Cozby. She is survived by : her husband Sam Cozby, Sr.; her sons, Sam Cozby, Jr. and Bryan Cozby; and her grandchildren, Chris Cozby and Marissa Cozby.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laurel Oaks Funeral Home (12649 Lake June Rd, Balch Springs, TX 75180). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Laurel Oaks Memorial Park (12649 Lake June Rd, Balch Springs, TX 75180).
