Pretorius, MD of Potter Valley, CA and Dolores H. Pretorius MD of Del Mar, CA; her stepson Thomas H. Pretorius of Medford, OR.; and her grandchildren, Marc, Carl, Sally, Mathew, Jo, Grace, Miles, Novella, Tanya, Kate, Kelly, David and Shawn.
