She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. Land and Mattie O. Land; her son William H. Peavy; her husband Shelby L. Peavy of Edgewood; and her daughter-in-law Beverly Peavy.

She is survived by : her sons, Lanny Peavy (Marsha) of Waco and Charles Peavy (Deborah) of Richardson, Texas; and her daughter-in-law Betty Peavy of Orlando, Florida..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University Park United Methodist Church, 4024 Caruth Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75225 or to Methodist Children's Home, 1111 Herring Ave., Waco, Texas 76708.
