He was predeceased by: his parents, John Manak and Theresa Manak (Malish). He is survived by: his wife Joann Vita; his children, Jerry Manak, Jr. (Robin), Sally Wendell and Paul Manak (Meredith); his sister Rose Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Rachel Manak, Remy Manak and Roan Manak.
