He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juan Roman Montalvo, Vicente Ancheta and Maria Dolores Montalvo. He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Montalvo and Hilda Montalvo; his sister Jessica (John); and his sibling's children, Reagan, Addy, Harper, Zoey and Evan Moore. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Umphress Road United Methodist Church (7224 Umphress Rd, Dallas, TX 75217).
