We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, at the age of 44, Leshawn Butler of Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Leshawn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Leshawn farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Turner and Dorothy Butler. He is survived by: his children, Demontre Stewart, Tryvarius Stewart and Jasmine Butler; his siblings, Koby Butler of Dallas, Leroy Butler (Kiara) of Dallas, Daigre Vaughn (Anthony) of Jackson, MS and Gandy Butler of Duncanville, TX.; and his grandchildren, Vanity Butler and Kanan Williams.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Concordia Funeral Home (609 Alabama Ave, Ferriday, LA 71334). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church (2 Concordia Ave, Vidalia, LA 71373).
