She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Richard Padilla; her daughters, Jessica Cerrito (Ricardo) and Bertha Cantera (Martin); her siblings, Loterio Gomez, Angelina Dominguez, Yolanda Gomez, Martha Segovia, Juanita Tonche and Aracelia Ramos; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn Cantera, Martin Cantera Jr., Richard Cantera, Jazmin Cerrito, Anthony Cerrito and Lizbeth Cerrito.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 24th 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rosary Service Hughes Funeral Homes - Ed C Smith Chapel (4419 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228). A mass of christian burial was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church (4001 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75246). A burial was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at the Grove Hill Memorial Park (4118 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75225).
