She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Slate and Hurlburt Slate; her husband Charles; her brothers, Joe Slate and Burt Slate; and her siblings-in-law, Audrey Slate and Jim McKnight.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lynn Smith (Roger), Martha Jagucki (Phil) and Amy McKnight (Michael Fennig); her grandchildren, Jake Smith, Mika Smith, Austin Jagucki and Owen Jagucki; her sister Phoebe Hicks (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Slate and Margery McKnight. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Covid precautions will be followed and masks are required.
