He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille McDermott Goode; his parents, Nora Maier Goode and Dr. Mark Goode, Sr.; his son Mark Gideon Goode III; and his brother Dr. James E Goode (Nancy Goode).
He is survived by: his son Scott M Goode (Wanda Goode); his daughter-in-law Dianne Goode; his niece Linda Goode; his grandchildren, Mark IV (Alex Goode), Christopher (Dianne Irwin), Hunter Michael Carl Goode, Scott Goode Jr., Margaret Goode, Catherine Goode (Charles) and Allison Goode; and his great grandchildren, Mark V, Micah Drew Goode, Wesley, Connor and Shepherd Irwin.
