She was predeceased by: her husband William Sherman Bailey; her parents, Marvin Covington and Fannie Mae Covington; her siblings, Marveline, Ann and Buddy; and her nephew Mark Kitchens.
She is survived by: her sons, Stuart Bailey (Patti) and Perry Bailey (Lee); her grandchildren, Christian Bailey (Megan), Nicholas Bailey (Amber) and Jason Bailey (Angela); her daughter Natalie Van Horn (Carter); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Preston Bailey, Jack and Holly Van Horn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Et the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
