He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Brooks Ellis, Sr. and Stacia Klinos (Collins); and his siblings, Arthur Gagnon and Maryanne Voci (Klinos). He is survived by: his wife Carole (Galbavy) of Arlington, Texas; his daughter Cynthia Mate (Stephen) of Euless, Texas; his brother Paul Gagnon of Salem, Massachusetts; his sister-in-law Joyce Callis (Theodore) of Chicago, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Chelsea and Carson Mate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Maynard and his family also request donations to local blood centers.
