He is survived by: his parents, Auristela Ortega and Lucio Carranza; his wife Guillermina Carranza; his children, Nataly, Miguel Angel, Annie, Edson and Leslie; and his grandchildren, Nylah, Diego, Julius, Sofia, Noah, Olivia, Julian, Athena and Miguel Cristiano.
