She is survived by: her husband Joseph Levi Puckett Jr.; her daughters, Ann Parker (Rick), Janet Stovall, Kathryn McDonald (John) and Jody Puckett (Elaine Curry); her grandchildren, Jessica Daniels Fortney, Jason Parker (Endearment), Eric Daniels, Melissa Hayman (Jarrett) and Jimmy Stovall (Kale); her great grandchildren, Samantha Garcia (Sergio), Charles Fortney, Carissa Fortney, Tatum, Phoenix and Sophia Parker; and her great great grandchildren, Nash Garcia, Christopher and Corey Jospeh King.
