He is survived by: his parents, Malayviene Kongbouakhay and Viengthong Kongbouakhay; his siblings, Christina Velazquez and Jason Kongbouakhay; his brother-in-law Noe Velazquez Jr.; and his nieces, Layla, Sandrine and Noelia Velazquez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211).
