We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2020, at the age of 81, Noretta Moore (Dallas, Texas), born in Chandlerville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Finch and Gertrude Finch (Siltman); and her siblings, Marilyn Meegge, Rosalie Avery and Ronnie Finch.

She is survived by : her husband Edgar C. Moore II; her children, Alex Moore (Elizabeth) of Acworth and Dawn Ayres (Jeffrey) of Plano, TX; and her brothers, Leon Finch (Laurel) of Suwanee, GA and Dwight Finch (Linda) of Ft. Pierce, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
