He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Carney (Diana) of Henderson, Thomas Carney of Denver and Carol Pannell (Dale) of Gordonville, Texas.; his children, Orval Carney III (Selene) of Dallas, James Carney of Dallas, Charlene Mummey (Hawk) of Washington State and Ruth Carney of Wichita, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Aiden, Kira, Ellis, Addyson, Bella and Maverick; and his nieces, Dawn, Marilyn and Melissa.
