He is survived by: his wife Maria Banda; his children, Rebecca Banda (Adrian Olmedo), Oscar Jr. (Dali Banda), Jack (Alexandra Banda) and Johnny (Lupe Banda) of Waco; his grandchildren, Oscar "Charty", Destiny, Briana, Felix, Katelynn, Jonathan, Victoria, Vivienne, Jack Junior and Johnny Banda; and his siblings, Gracie, Francisco, Pete, Cenobio, Gloria, Martin, Eva and Rene Banda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
