He is survived by: his wife Charlot; his children, Omesha (Shawn), Sharmale, Otis Jr. (Zay), Clinton, Courtney (Tatiana) and Eboni (CJ); his grandchildren, Messiah, Kasen, Kennadi, Jaila, Jaycie, Jade, Dallas, Houston, Kevaun, Chloe, Makayla, Jr., Kane, Ariana, Kourtney, Jordyn, Ariel, Kory and Ronald; his siblings, Cassius (DeRenda) and Detra; his siblings' children, O'Shay, Lavonna, Deveion, DeJuan, Shaniqua and Devonette; his uncles, John (Judy), Tommy Joe and Baby; and his parents-in-law, Curtis and Linda Hordge.
