He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Douglas Ledbetter and Brenda Joyce Hayden; and his siblings, Carolyn Kay Duck and Ricky Dewayne Ledbetter. He is survived by: his wife Patty Ledbetter; his daughters, Megan (Montana Payne) and Holly (Dillon Reed); his grandchildren, Rhyder, Rhyan Reed, Joseph Turner, Piper and Oaklee Payne; and his siblings, Debbie Brocker, Quinton Hayden and Vickey Hayden.
