He is survived by: his children, Cruz Segura, Abel Mendoza, Juan Jose Mendoza, Rebeca Mendoza, Matiana Rodriguez, Francisco Mendoza, Jose Guadalupe Mendoza, Maria Segura, Gavino Mendoza, Sebastian Mendoza, Eloida Garcia and Leobardo Mendoza.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - Dallas (2615 S Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75227).
