With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Socorro Maria Reynoso (Dallas, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 6, 2025 at the age of 88. In the sacred silence of farewell, Socorro Maria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Socorro Maria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leopoldo Amador Petriz and Elisa Valdez Amador; her significant other Luis Reynoso Villegas; and her brothers, Manuel, Jesús and Rafael Amador Valdez.
She is survived by: her children, Ylda Elisa Franzak (Dionizio Cezar Franzak), Armando Reynoso Sr. (Lucia E. Reynoso), Mauricio Reynoso (Victoria V. Reynoso) and Lucia A. ReynosoShe; and her sister Venicia Amador Valdez. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gonzalez Funeral Home (3050 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mary of Carmel Church (2900 Vilbig Rd, Dallas, TX 75212). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery (3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220).
