With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terrence Marie Fazio of Dallas, Texas, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her husband John Fazio. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Chuck, John Jr. and Janice; her grandchildren, Matt, Cindy, Dave, James and Jaclyn; her brothers, Tim, Jim and Bob; her siblings' children, Samantha and Chris; and her friend Sijon.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the SPCA of Dallas, in honor of Terry's lifelong love for animals.
