He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edmundo and Lucia Guerra; and his cousins, Gilber Guerra Jr., Freddy Martinez Jr. and Denise Guerra.
He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Lauren Paiz; his granddaughter Sophia Marquez; his sisters, Melinda Hartsfield and Cindy Paiz; and his mother Earlinda Guerra. He is also survived by his numerous aunts and uncle's cousin and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - Dallas (2615 S Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75227).
