She is survived by: her children, Joe (Michele Vonderheide), David (Julia) and Anne Marie Cook (Chuck); her grandchildren, Joanna Marek, Frank Marek, Chuck Cook (Madi) and Adam Cook; and her great grandchildren, Tatum and Charles Cook.
