He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Norwood and Lois Norwood; his son-in-law Rusty Tronicek; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Alexander, Roger LeBlanc and J. E. Melancon.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Norwood; his daughter Shannon Tronicek; his grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Tronicek, Leighton, Emma Josephine Tronicek and Eli James Tronicek; his great grandchild Brannigan Lee Tronicek; and his sisters, Joyce Alexander, Judy Melancon, Mary Davis (W. M.) and Freida Warren (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dayton - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (1304 N Cleveland St, Dayton, TX 77535). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Linney Cemetery (399 N Colbert St, Dayton, TX 77535).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Houston Area Parkinson Society, 2700 SW Freeway, Suite 300, Houston, Texas 77098.
