She is survived by: her husband John A Phillips; her daughter Jana (Curtis); her grandchildren, John Paul (Amber), Jared (Maria), Taylor (Pete) and Jena; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Pete "Cowboy" Brendan, Kenlee, Aria and Walker; her brothers, Rodger Hampton (Pat) and John Hampton; her cousin Yvonne "Sissy" Deming; her friends, Martha Burch, Donna Jimenez and Sheri Pankratz; and her close friends, Pam Burns and Stacy Mills. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
