She was predeceased by : her husband Bobby Ray Neal; her son Bobby Ralph Neal; her parents, Earl Gross, Sr. and Lucille Louise Mann Gross; and also Earl Gross, Jr. (Mary).

She is survived by : her family Regeina; her daughters, Pam Ochoa, Sandra Chivers (Billy) and Genia Schnack (David); her sister Lou Ann Emanis (Mike); and her grandchildren, Julie Swan, Ashley Chivers, Billy Ray Chivers, John Chivers, Lane Chivers, Kelly Chivers, Evan Eustice and Alexa Eustice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dayton - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (1304 N Cleveland St, Dayton, TX 77535). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Magnolia Park Cemetery.
