He was predeceased by: his brother James L. York. He is survived by: his brother Gerald Mac York; his wife Peggy Provins York of Lydia; his children, James "Rowdy" York (Shelia) of Lydia, David York (Michelle) of Houston and Stacy Drennon (David) of De Kalb; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Allen, Wyatt Allen, Reagan Drennon, Maddie Drennon, Alex York, Melissa Gilliland, Lacricia Sanders, Nicole Gray, Robert Easterling and Ashley Easterling. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
