He is survived by: his sons, Carlton (Erica Cullins) and Luke (Rhiannon Cullins); his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Sheila Cullins of Tyler, Texas; his sisters, Pat (Larry Nesbitt) and Josette Garrett of Tyler, Texas; and his close friend Amanda Shaw of Maud, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
