He is survived by: his significant other Berth Lee Crutchfield; his sons, Willie Neal, Jr. (Tricia) of De Kalb and Vernon Neal (Nicole) of Crowley; his stepchildren, Linda Joyce Wyse of De Kalb, Crawford Wyse (Linda Kay) of De Kalb, Joel Wyse (Diane) of De Kalb, Valerie Wyse Barber (Stacy) of Grand Prairie, Robby Wise (Gwen) of Hooks, Billy Wyse of De Kalb and Sharon Wyse of De Kalb, Texas.; and his siblings, Betty Jean Neal, Bobbie Jean Neal, Elmer Neal, Eddie Dean Neal and O. D. Neal. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
