It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blaine W. Penn of De Leon, Texas, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jodie P. Penn and Stella Vible Hinshaw Penn; his wife Peggie Cox; his children, Phillip Penn (Beverly), Perry Penn (Nancy), Judy Hanawalt (J. T.) and Cindy McBain (George); his nephew Ricky Penn (Linda); his sister-in-law Lola Carr; and his siblings, Maxie Penn and JoNell Penn Miller. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
