We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Curtis F. Anderson of Decatur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eddie George, Sr. and Dortha Lee Anderson (Shaw); and his brother Sammy Frank Anderson. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Anderson of Decatur; his daughters, Jennifer Terrell (Steven) of Decatur and Jacquelyn "JJ" Meyer (Tim) of Decatur; his grandsons, Reid Terrell, Tanner Meyer and Gage Terrell; his siblings, Eddie George Anderson Jr. (Patti) of Arkansas and Nancy Abrams (Gary) of Louisiana; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Anderson of Kerens and Estelle Watts (Bobby) of Decatur.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home - Decatur (405 E Main St, Decatur, TX 76234-1513). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Decatur (1200 Preskitt Rd, Decatur, TX 76234). A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Alvord Cemetery.
