She was predeceased by : her parents, Rose Dalene Mullins (Eubanks) and Wesley Mullins; her son Joseph Tynes; and her sister Linda Mullins. She is survived by : her husband Richard Ray Sloan of Madill, Oklahoma; her daughter Diana Ketchum (Jayson) of Decatur; and her siblings, Dwight Mullins and Pam Mullins of Cameron, Louisiana. She is also survived by extended family members and a host of friends.
