She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Russell and Lorene McGehee (Dickson); and her husband Edward Samuel Pruitt. She is survived by: her sons, Cary Cowdrey (Jamie) of Decatur and Russell Cowdrey (Diana Gutierrez) of Coppell; and her siblings, Dennis McGehee of Idalou, Sharon Sales of Lubbock and Patsy Barker of Slaton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery.
