It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Elizabeth Carter in Decatur, Texas, born in Kilbourne, Louisiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Hiller McDowell; her husband Lester D Carter; her mother Doris Quimby McDowell (Quimby); and her sister Eloise Sanders. She is survived by : her children, Garry Ray Carter (Yvette) of Krum, Dianne Bartee (Eddie) of Albany and Donna Loveday Wolfe (Robert) of Katy, Texas.. She is also survived by grand kids, 1 great-great grandchild, and another great-great grandchild, nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.
